We have a 10 minute grace period for our guests. After the 10 minute grace period has passed the appointment will be canceled and the client will have to reschedule.

Pretty Saditty Waxing Studio LLC. does not require a deposit to book (unless otherwise stated) because of this a card is on file for No Show protection. Cancellations can be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the client cancels after the 24 hour window the client will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. We have a strict No Call/No Show policy, that states if the client does not contact (via call, text, email, or other) the wax technician the client will be charged 100% of the service fee. We try to be as understanding as possible but we simply ask for communication. The slot that is being held for you could have been given to another client.

Primarily hard wax will be used on most body parts however facial waxes and some body waxing will be done using soft strip wax.

Pain point differs for each and every person. We can't know how painful it may or may not be for you until you do it. However you can take a Tylenol 15 minutes prior to your appointment to help with your pain level.

Absolutely babe! For pregnancy I offer a wedge to lift you up on the bed while we do your wax. As for periods go, its totally fine to get waxed while on your period, I just ask that you use a fresh tampon, menstrual cup, etc. In both pregnancy and period, the skin is more sensitive due to hormones so Tylenol is advised prior to the appointment.

I can not stress this enough: aftercare is the most important part about waxing outside of maintenance visits. You must exfoliate your skin, stay hydrated and moisturized. This will ensure less ingrown hairs and more productive hair growth cycles.
